DirectorJean S. Moore has served as a director of the Company since January 2004. Ms. Moore is currently of counsel to the Washington D.C. law firm Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., where she was a partner for approximately 24 years. Ms. Moore joined the firm in 1974 and became a Partner in 1980. From 1972-1974 she was in the Honors Program of the United States Department of Justice and subsequently joined the White House Office of Special Counsel as Staff Assistant to the President during the Nixon Administration. She was appointed by the Republican National Committee to be Deputy General Counsel of its 1984 Convention. From 1988 to Present, she has served as a mediator for the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. In 1999, Ms. Moore was named by the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution as its "1999 ADR Scholar." She has lectured extensively at the International Development Law Institute in Rome, Italy, to government officials and legal counsel from developing countries on alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Moore has spent time representing pro bono clients in civil and criminal litigation on behalf of various public service organizations. A member of the Bar of the District of Columbia, Ms. Moore has practiced before the federal courts in most circuits. Ms. Moore is a graduate of Ohio State University College of Law, summa cum laude, Order of the Coif (J.D., 1972), and Ohio State University (B.A., 1969).
